Customer service is great. The fact that you CANNOT receive a ticket for cashing out & re-loading card with $20 to play is the only thing that I find bothersome. I should receive a ticket for EVERY $20 that I load on the gaming card. They are coming up with new rules or, they are enforcing and/or overlooking the rules, for certain people. I feel as if everyone should be on the same page and enforce ALL RULES AT ALL TIMES. This doesn't occur in the establishment. It is for these reasons, I will not play there regularly- not anymore. I may go in once or twice each month. Not 4-5 days each week and I will not continue to participate in the LOYALTY PROGRAM, never again.
