It is clean grounds bathrooms could use some work so cut in the laundry room and a computer would help their organizational part of the office
Horrible. This place is run down. The permanent sites are littered with junk. The bath facilities are horrible. Management is never available. 135.00 for 3 nights. Extremely nasty! Do not stay here

Management is rude obnoxious there's mold and mildew growing in the showers the sewage smell pumps up through your camper sewer pipes the owner Kong White doesn't care about anything but her management they change rules daily and if you're not in there click they scream and holler at you the washer and dryers have rust all over my barely work your mail you can get it whenever they decide to let you get it and I got trees and stops falling all over your campers in your vehicle's limbs are hanging from the the trees and a Pacifica let you know they're not responsible for anything that happens on the property at all in a tree falls on your camper it's not their fault electrical boxes are rusted and barely hanging on the walls power poles or leave it over got four by fours propping them to keep them from falling over and they pacifically tell you we do not have anything to do with handicapped people so don't stay
Good points #1 Clean bathrooms, #2 level sites, 30 minutes from Jacksonville, 1 hour from St Augustine. Bad points #1 VERY OLD park, the road side sign is falling apart, #2 Most of the people that are there live there full time and are elderly, #3 The rules they hand out don't seem to apply to the people that live there, #4 Reservations were made for a 30 amp site, upon arrival was told there were no 30 amp sites but yet it was written down on the reservation sheet. #5 You can only check in between 9 AM - 12 Noon and 4-6 PM, otherwise there is no one in the office (this is not listed on their website), #6 Washing machines are VERY rusty.
