I am only commenting on the boat dock area. I will pack a lunch during the week and meet my husband there during is lunch time. They just rebuilt the dock and it looks very nice. They do have a restroom there and only 1 picnic table which would have been really nice if they replaced that along with the dock. The table is not in the shade either. There is plenty of parking. We always see a group coming and going on kayaks from local tours. A nice place.

Amazing kayak trip. Our guide for this family owned business was knowledgeable & fun. Gator sighting was awesome. Easy paddle on a lazy river.
No openings. Electrical system is old. Place looks run down. Lots of people are permanent and have a trashy look.
Very rural with permanent residence living for mostly older men. Has restrooms with showers available for men and women and a good size flowing waterway with boat ramp. Excellent for kayaking.
